I believe the printer is connected wirelessly to the PC. However, printer properties has no "Ports tab", it only shows "General", "Hardware", and "Web Services" Welcome to the HP Support Community! Followed instructions to add a "TCP IP port". Installing Printer from windows "Add a printer or scanner" still returns "Driver is unavailable". Installation returns screen with "The software is installed and your device is connected." However, the device is not installed and not shown in the Printers & Scanners. Uninstalled printer & all drivers multiple times, ran OJ87101_Full_WebPack_ multiple times. Now when I plug in to USB port I receive USB device not recognized. Every time I try to install installation fails at plug in to USB to printer. I have uninstalled all Hp programs related to 8710 and tried to install from original disk and web no help.
